This Privacy Policy describes how Ariel’s Media (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit arielsmedia.com, create an account, or use our websites and related tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who this applies to

Ariel’s Media builds and hosts websites and related online setup for contractors and local businesses. This Policy applies to visitors of our marketing site, people who create accounts, and information about their customers that they choose to put on a site we host (for example a name and phone number on a quote form).

2. Information we collect

Account and billing

• Email address, password (stored hashed), display name, and similar account settings.
• A public site username / subdomain on arielsmedia.com, if you set one.
• Subscription and billing status from PayPal.
• Optional Google account identifier if you use Google Sign-In.

Your website and leads

• Business content you provide for your site: photos, services, hours, service area, and similar copy.
• Lead and quote-request details visitors submit on your site (name, phone, email, message), which we process so you can follow up.
• Optional files you upload, such as a logo or job photos.

Technical and security data

• Server logs, IP addresses, browser type, and similar diagnostic data.
• Cloudflare Turnstile signals used to reduce automated abuse on sign-in and registration.
• Basic site analytics on pages we host (for example page views), so you can see what visitors open.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, host, and improve your website and account.
• Deliver leads and messages submitted through your site to you.
• Process subscriptions and show plan options.
• Operate optional tools on your plan, such as an AI assistant, using the content you provide for that purpose.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:

• PayPal — subscription billing.
• Google — if you choose Google Sign-In.
• Cloudflare — HTTPS, CDN, and Turnstile bot protection.
• Email providers — transactional mail such as password resets, when configured.
• Hosting and storage providers — to serve your site, images, and backups.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Data retention

We retain account and site data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some logs may be retained as required by law.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of content you publish, for any required notices or consent before collecting leads on your site, and for how you follow up with people who contact you. Use of the Service is also subject to our Terms of use.

8. Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms with CSRF tokens. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the authenticated workspace.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from other regions, you consent to processing in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on this page. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
